You’re probably wondering what freedom activation is. It’s a really simple technique that allows us to unravel the old patterns in life that create who we are as a person and decide our personality whether we’re playing submissive or dominant in life.
As we grow up, there’s generally a position we take within our families. I was at the end of a long line of siblings and was picked on a lot, and learned to be quiet and to not express who I was to keep myself out of trouble and keep myself safe.
There’s a balance between submissiveness and dominance in the world and it can come from so many places. We could have a dominant parent, dominant teachers, the church could keep us in our place, bullies in the schoolyard, even our friends can be cruel sometimes. When we grow up, we could get into a relationship with the wrong person.
What we end up doing is we play it small so we don’t bring attention to ourselves. In the long run, what that does is it creates these patterns of keeping ourselves quiet and not sane. Freedom activation is so simple- we just say different statements about the people who have been dominating over us. We look at them in a different way, from a different perspective. It frees the person who we think did us wrong and it frees ourselves to be who we are and not worry about what somebody else is going to do to us or what they think about us.
This simple technique is done through writing statements of what somebody’s done, we just want to know what their actions were. We then let them loose by doing a clearing statement- we cut them loose- and then look at them from a new perspective. We not only free ourselves, but it frees up the person we’re releasing in our life. Really, what this is doing at a base level is changing the patterns of who we are so that we can bring in a new energy into our lives. A new type of person, a new relationship, and also heals those people. so many times we’ll do clearing statements on ex; a sibling, and 2 days later they’ll call you even though you haven’t talked to them for 5-10 years. I had a lovely conversation with my sister even though we haven’t talked in 20 years.
It not only changes ourselves, it changes the energetic dynamic between you and the person you’re letting go. It frees everyone.
It’s powerful. I really look forward to working with you and learning to clear these blockages in your life so that you can live your true, authentic, and expressive self.
