About Mara
Mara is a heart-centered healer with decades of experience and a remarkably diverse therapeutic toolbox. She graduated from the Massage School of Santa Monica in 1986 and immediately pursued advanced training, earning her certification in Neuromuscular Re-Education. Since then, Mara has explored the full spectrum of bodywork—ranging from subtle energetics to hands-on structural therapies—allowing her to meet each client exactly where they are.
Her extensive training includes Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Frequency-Specific Microcurrent (FSM), Rapid Neurofascial Reset (Rapid NFR), and many other modalities that support deep, lasting healing by working directly with the nervous system and soft tissues.
Mara holds an Associate Degree in Body-Mind Transformational Psychology from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and is a graduate of the Energetic Health Institute, where she earned her degree in Holistic Nutrition. She is also certified in Yoga Instruction, Matrix Energetics, Reconnective Healing, Quantum Biofeedback, and Frequency-Specific Microcurrent, integrating energetic, nutritional, and neurological approaches into her work.
Mara’s newest passion is Rapid NFR, a powerful modality designed to help the nervous system reset and the body release long-held pain and restrictions. She is currently the only Rapid Specialist in Southern Oregon and looks forward to helping clients experience meaningful, sustainable change.
Driven by a lifelong thirst for knowledge, Mara continually studies emerging technologies and healing modalities to offer the most effective, up-to-date care. Her work is guided by intuition, compassion, and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal.
